Information about paying for your initial appointment and ongoing counselling sessions.
Paying for your initial consultation
The initial consultation fee is £55. Complete the Client Information Form first. Once your information has been saved, you will be taken automatically to Stripe Checkout to pay securely by card.
Wessex does not receive or store your card details. Stripe processes the payment and returns you to a confirmation page when payment is complete. Your application is also updated in our admin system to show whether payment has been received.

Receipts, cancellations and refunds
If you need a receipt, need to change an appointment or believe a refund is due, contact the office. The team will explain the arrangements that apply to your appointment or regular counselling session.
