Our adult counselling service is for people aged 18 and over. We also provide dedicated information for young adults aged 18–24. Contact the office if you are unsure which service is right for you.
We offer counselling in Frome, Bath, Bristol and Street. Online sessions via Zoom may also be available. Availability varies by location and time of day.
Initial appointments and ongoing counselling sessions normally last 50 minutes. Ongoing sessions usually take place at the same time each week.
A standard charge applies to the initial appointment. Ongoing fees may take your income and circumstances into account. See our Fees and Appointments page or contact the office for current figures.
Yes. Confidentiality is an important part of counselling. Your counsellor will explain confidentiality and the limited circumstances in which information may need to be shared for safety or legal reasons.
Our counselling service is accredited by the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). Counsellors work within recognised ethical frameworks and receive regular clinical supervision.
Online counselling via Zoom may be available. Tell us your preference when completing the Client Information Form, and the office will discuss current availability with you.
