Young Adults Counselling
Space to talk about life, relationships, identity and change.
Confidential counselling for young adults aged 18 to 24, in person or online.
Support through a time of change
The years between 18 and 24 can bring significant change. Education, work, independence, relationships, family expectations and questions about identity can all feel difficult to manage.
Counselling gives you a regular, confidential space to talk with someone who will listen without judgement. You do not need to have a diagnosis or know exactly what is wrong. You can start with whatever is on your mind.
This page will be expanded as more information about the service becomes available.
